Can I Track My Order
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status and estimated delivery date of your package on the carrier's website. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (Check our TAT before ordering) excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How much is shipping?
We charge a fixed $7 rate for shipping unless your order total exceeds $50, in which case you are eligible for FREE shipping

Placing an order is simple. Browse our catalog and add the desired items to your cart or you can go to our custom Gang Sheet Builder and make your own gang sheet. Once you're ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Review your order, then click "Place Order" to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

As long as you have a porous surface, we have found that our DTF transfers adhere well.

What kind of quality can I expect from DTF transfer products?
Our DTF transfers are high-quality, vibrant, and durable prints. The designs are detailed and can include full color. With proper care, DTF transfer products will maintain their appearance and last through 50+ washes without fading or cracking.
Are there any limitations on the type of artwork that can be used for DTF transfers?
Our DTF transfers are highly flexible and can accommodate intricate designs, full color, and even photographic images. However, for the best results, we recommend using high-resolution artwork that free of transparency. If you have any questions about your design, our team can review it and provide guidance on achieving the best outcome.
What file formats are accepted for gang sheets?
We accept high-resolution files in PNG, with a transparent background. Ensure your file is 300 DPI for the best printing results.
